I strive to create complex flavors, stimulating your palate while nourishing your body. My creations are bright yet deeply fulfilling, drawing from the west coast farm-to-table model with Mexican, French, Lebanese, and Chinese influences. I use organic and local produce from small farms. When possible, I use seasonal ingredients, and so my offerings change based on time of year and location.
